Hello folks … it’s been a while I haven’t shared any new recipe with you guys. As lazy summers are going on, today I am sharing some go to meals for when you are hungry AND feeling lazzyyyyy!
You won’t believe that there was a time when I developed the new crush on pizza and ate pizza every day for two weeks. It was yummy and satisfying each time I ate this Italian classic, up until my body rebelled against me. Then came the time when I started to look around for ideas to treat myself with equally delicious, and far healthier, meals.
So here are 3 easy meals which is equally delicious and far healthier –
Egg salad: It is one of the best meal for anytime which is delicious yet healthier. It cuts out the fatty mayonnaise used in typical recipes and give you the perfect taste and protein you want.

Use boiled eggs for this salad. Cut the eggs into small pieces and pour them in a bowl. Mix the chopped onion, coriander with it. Now sprinkle some salt and black pepper in it.
Layer the salad between two slices of bread for a hassle-free lunch or snack.
Avacado Mango Smoothie : Mango season is here so it is mandatory to add one smoothie in your meal and feel refreshed in this summer.
- 1 mango, peeled, pitted, and chopped;
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped;
- ½ cup spinach;
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk ,
- Juice of half a lime;
- 4 or 5 ice cubes;
Grind them all and your smoothie is ready to beat the heat.
Rice less Ristto with peas and Rosemary :
- 1 cup quick cooking or old fashioned oats
- 2 cups low sodium vegetable
- 1 and 1/2 cups frozen peas
- 2 Tbsp low fat cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Cook the risotto using regular method.
These perfect dish is very much healthier and makes you energetic all day long. So if you are lazy and fed up eating junks and outside food , so take 5 minutes and try these easy meals , till then keep rolling on the wheels of FIT FOOD 🙂
