How I Learned What to Eat

 

There was a time when i used to eat whatever I loved…(“LOVED”)..Poooris…parathaas..motichoor k ladoo k parathaas…breadpakoras from khokhaas who sold 2 for 10 some days.I was unaware about the name Junk which people used to categorize the food I ate. I don’t know but i thought that it is just a category like north Indian food , chaat, south Indian food.

Soon I was a college student and I discovered my love for healthy body and gym.Soon I started transforming my love into a passion and utilizing the free tool “Google” to search about workout regimes. One day while doing the same thing I discovered one link where they were talking about eating habits and its association with healthy body. And then I was directed to second, third ,fourth link and ……….I WAS SHOCKED… If it was possible to go back in time and undo my unfortunate eating.. and …and what could I do now to remove and eliminate the loss I have incurred with those pakoras and parathaas…

Nothing!

I was lean even at that time ..so it never clicked me that I’m eating wrong.. you know..”slim is healthy”..the ordinary belief which which everyone has in their life for some time.

This inspired me to share my life and experience with you guys to contribute a bit to educate the world about healthy eating.

I’m a working pro now ..and my realization have turned me into a handsome guy ..(at least I hope so)..

Avoiding the status implementation of EAT SLEEP & REPEAT and gym everyday to worship my body and eating healthy .. I will..from now on start sharing my recipes of what to eat..

I choose OATS to discuss today..

There are many recipes which give you the taste you want and help you to stay fit and healthy lifestyle such as ,

Vanilla Blueberry Oats Shake , Oatmeal Chocolate chip , Banana Oat , Apple Pie oatmeal , Oat Spicy Vegetable soup.

These are easy to make weather you know cooking or not , these are easy to make , so try these recipes this Christmas and New Year and take a resolution not to eat unhealthy food from next year.

Till the time stay fit stay healthy and say no to unhealthy food.
